This striking kilim from Oued Zem, a city in the Middle Atlas Mountain region of Morocco, was hand-loomed from natural wool, on a cotton warp, and embroidered with Berber motifs. It’s a light-weight piece that can be used on the floor, but also as a bed or sofa covering, or as a magnificent piece of art on an expansive wall. Measures approximately 7’6” x 5’3”, with a slight 3” fringe on one end.
