Tray Table - 16.5” to 18”

Our traditional tea-tray tables feature a hand-tooled light-weight aluminum tray atop a hand-carved cedar folding table base.  Our trays, featuring patterns with geometrical and floral motifs, are made by skilled artisans in the Imperial City of Fez, Morocco (the city renowned for making them).  Our table bases are skilfully made by artisans in Meknes.  Used throughout Morocco to serve tea, these tables are beautifully chic anywhere in your home.  The ease with which they can be moved makes them ideal for outdoor use as well.  The base folds down and can be stored away, when you only want to use the tray.  Our trays measure 16.5” to 18” in diameter, and our table bases for them are 19.5" high.  

As these are handmade, there may be subtle differences in the designs, but the general pattern for each design is the same.

Please note that the actual tray in our 16.5” to 18” sizes are moulded by a machine, whereas our 16” trays are moulded by hand.  For this reason, the 16” trays are higher priced than the slightly larger machine moulded trays   .

The table bases can be left in their natural wood state, or they can be stained, varnished, or painted.
