Azemmour Kilim (Zara)

This jewel of a vintage kilim is approximately 40 to 45 years old, and is from the Azemmour region, on the Atlantic coast of Morocco near to Casablanca.  It is hand-loomed from naturally dyed wool, and makes a stunning floor covering or piece of wall art.  Measures approximately 3’2” x 4’8”, with 6” braided tassels on both ends.

This is both a vintage piece and a handcrafted item and, as such, may show signs of wear and may have 'perfect imperfections'.  We believe such features add to the unique character and charm of each piece.
