Boucherouite (Luma)

This vintage Boucherouite rug is hand-knotted in Morocco using up-cycled cotton fabric, giving it a light, fluffy texture, but with substantial weight. It’s a two-in-one rug: the pile side is most often used, but flipping it over transforms this side into an incredibly cushy under-pad and gives a whole new look.  The soft white background is dotted with playful pops of colour in small, irregular shapes making this a joyful, vibrant rug that is both tactile and visually engaging.  At 3’3” × 6’3”, it has a generous presence and works beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, or any space that can carry a bold, colourful statement. 

As this is a handmade and vintage rug, slight irregularities in size and workmanship, and possible signs of age are part of its character and story.
